David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Member Support Advisor to join our team. You will handle member queries across chat, phone and email, delivering timely, accurate responses and creating a memorable service experience.

Working from a club hub you’ll support members with care and professionalism. Roles run five days out of seven across mornings, afternoons and evenings including one weekend in three, and you’ll be supported by a friendly team focused on exceptional customer service and
