David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Member Support Advisor to manage member queries across Chat, Telephone and Email from a hub in our club. You will process inquiries promptly and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive member experience.

You will join a friendly team, work in a dynamic, five-days-a-week pattern including mornings, afternoons and one weekend in three, and have access to development opportunities and club perks.

Responsabilidades

• Handle member queries via Chat, Telephone and Email.
• Process membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Actively engage with members to deliver the best possible quality and service.
• Work from a hub in our David Lloyd Club as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service.
