Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a confident Member Services Host (Receptionist) to welcome members and guests at Madison House venues. You will manage arrivals, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with spa, pool, lounge and dining teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires professional presentation, excellent communication, judgement, and the ability to handle rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, while protecting data and maintaining high service standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in hospitality, private members’ clubs, luxury retail or similar environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong judgement, organisation and attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and conduct.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Member & Guest Experience: Serve as primary point of contact for members and guests.
• Maintain oversight of arrival areas and shared spaces, ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Set and uphold the tone of professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Manage ongoing communication with members via email and messaging platforms.
• Provide clear, timely responses to enquiries related to bookings, access, and club services.
• Support guest invitation processes and member administration.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with spa, pool, lounge, and dining teams to support seamless service delivery.
• Share relevant guest information and preferences in line with data protection standards.
• Support service recovery and escalation processes when required. Support front-of-house operational readiness.
• Systems & Compliance: Ensure accurate use of CRM, check-in, and reservation systems.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
