David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Membership Support Advisor to handle member queries across Chat, Telephone and Email from a hub-based club location in Stretford, Herefordshire. The role requires delivering timely, accurate responses and outstanding service while working five days out of seven, including mornings, mids and evenings, with one weekend in three.
