Everlast Gyms in Nottingham is seeking a customer-focused front-of-house team member to welcome members and assist with sales and administration. You will promote services, maintain club standards, and support the gym team on daily floor initiatives.

The role involves opening/closing duties as a key holder, handling membership software, and engaging members with fitness offerings. Training and development opportunities are available.

Aufgaben

• Welcoming members and guests, ensuring interactions are positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting products and services available in-club.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
• Staying informed about fitness classes and gym floor focuses to promote engagement.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
• Experiencing products and services to confidently recommend them to members.
