Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a proactive Host to greet members and guests, drive memberships, and support retention with excellent service. You will manage day-to-day club operations, handle member feedback, and promote in-club products and services as part of a welcoming, sales-driven team.

As a key holder, you will open/close the club and assist with administrative duties using the membership system, while staying connected to fitness challenges and class offerings to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
• Sales-focused with the drive to hit membership and retention targets.
• Able to work varied shifts and step into operational/key holder duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming members and guests and ensuring interactions are positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Driving secondary spend by promoting products and services available in-club.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
• Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes and gym floor focuses, promoting engagement.
• Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
• Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally and escalated when needed.
• Actively experiencing the products and services on offer so you can confidently recommend them to members.
