Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences within the club. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming prospects and supporting retention while promoting products and services that help members achieve their goals.

The role offers opportunities to lead tours, handle inquiries, and contribute to a high-performance club culture. Weekend and Bank Holiday availability is required as part of flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities to drive growth.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests and promote available products and services.
• Support gym operations and CRM usage to manage inquiries and member information.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve national campaigns and club goals.
