Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Host to grow membership and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador, driving sales, renewals and engagement while supporting retention targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experiences while driving membership growth and retention within the club.
• Act as brand ambassador, supporting the club's commercial goals while delivering service to every member, guest and prospect.
• Convert prospects into members and drive renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals and needs; follow up enquiries to maximise conversion.
• Promote products, services and fitness solutions available within the club and support member engagement activities.
• Utilise membership and CRM systems to manage enquiries and member information; assist with club operations as required.
