Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality or customer service with targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident and friendly personality.
• Willing to work weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into members by delivering exceptional experiences.
• Drive membership sales, renewals and upgrades.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual goals.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise conversions.
• Build relationships to improve retention and engagement.
• Support club sales and retention targets.
