Job summary

JD Gyms in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated team member to create a welcoming experience for members on every visit, conducting tours and inductions, and delivering group exercise classes.

You will help maintain high club standards, support joining and engagement, and ensure cleanliness and safety while representing the JD Gyms brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage members on the gym floor to prioritise member experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes.
• Conduct member inductions.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Perform club standards checks with accurate record keeping.
• Provide ad hoc support to members as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness per standards and policies.
• Uphold JD Gyms brand standards and safety measures.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback and performance data.
• Work safely and align with policies and legislation.
• Support energy efficiency and waste management initiatives.
• Analyze and present key data to inform new ideas and developments.
