You will welcome and inform prospective members, conduct club standards checks, and support members with joining JD Gyms. Flexibility in hours and a collaborative team environment are expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members on the gym floor to place member experience first.
• Deliver welcoming tours and inductions for prospective members.
• Lead engaging group exercise classes for members.
• Provide inductions and support joining JD Gyms as needed.
• Conduct club standards checks and maintain health and safety actions.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback and performance data.
