Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a proactive fitness-focused professional to engage members, lead inductions, and deliver engaging group exercise classes. You will also welcome prospective members with tours and help them join the club.

The role requires passion for health and wellbeing, adherence to brand standards, and flexibility in hours. You will maintain high cleanliness, safety, and team collaboration in a dynamic club environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to deliver a world-class experience on every visit.
• Lead gym inductions and deliver engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver welcoming tours to prospective members in line with brand standards.
• Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
• Support joining JD Gyms for prospective members.
• Ensure club cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
• Monitor service delivery through feedback and performance data.
• Present key data to support new ideas and initiatives.
