Job summary

JD Gyms in Cardiff is seeking a motivated Fitness Coach to deliver member tours, lead group classes and deliver inductions while upholding brand standards. You will engage with members on the gym floor, support joining processes and maintain club cleanliness and safety.

The role requires a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and a passion for health and fitness. A collaborative, flexible team player is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming member tours in line with brand standards.

• Support prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Keep club standards and cleanliness to the highest level.
• Maintain safety and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Support energy efficiency and waste management practices.
• Analyse and present data to support new ideas and developments.
