JD Gyms is seeking a proactive member experience ambassador to engage with members on the gym floor, deliver tours for prospective members, and lead group exercise sessions. You will conduct inductions, assist joining, and help maintain club standards and cleanliness in line with brand policies.

The role emphasises excellent customer service, adaptability in communication, and teamwork to support the local community and members’ wellbeing. Training and development are encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Engage with members on the gym floor to prioritise their experience.
• Deliver welcoming tours for prospective members according to brand.
• Lead engaging and inclusive group exercise classes.
• Provide member inductions and onboarding.
• Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms.
• Conduct club standards checks and document results.
• Provide ad hoc support to members when needed.
• Maintain high cleanliness and brand standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health & safety actions.
• Monitor service delivery via feedback and data.
• Work safely following company policies and laws.
• Support energy efficiency and waste management efforts.
• Analyse and present key data to back new ideas.
