The role is full-time and office-based, with shift options (9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00). You will contribute to a friendly, high-performing team and help members feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• A drive to hit targets and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilient with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle member queries via Chat, Telephone, and Email as part of the Member Support team.
• Process membership queries accurately and efficiently and provide high-quality service.
• Engage with members to deliver a positive, helpful experience.
• Work from the Glasgow West End hub on a full-time basis with standard office hours (9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00).
