A leading community health provider is seeking a Medical Secretary for their Neurodevelopmental Services team. This role involves managing patient communications, ensuring efficient referrals and appointments, and supporting the overall administration of services while providing a high standard of care.
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Medical Secretary to join our Neurodevelopmental Services team supporting ASD and ADHD pathways. As the first point of contact for patients, families, and professionals, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent experience through all communication channels — telephone, email, and post.
You will be responsible for managing a high volume of enquiries, effectively triaging and directing correspondence, and supporting administrative processes within the BSW (Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire) locality. You will also provide essential support to the broader business support function to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.
This is a very rewarding role for an experienced and dedicated administrator.
