Volunteer Secretary to the Board of Trustees | The Nipple Innovation Project

Join us to apply for the Volunteer Secretary to the Board of Trustees role at The Nipple Innovation Project.

We’re the UK's first mastectomy tattoo charity, seeking a passionate and organized volunteer to provide administrative support to our Board of Trustees.

What difference will you make?

Support a niche charity making a meaningful impact. This role is pivotal in shaping the charity's direction by supporting high-level decision-making, fostering governance, and ensuring smooth board operations. You’ll be part of a dedicated team working to further the NiP mission.

What are we looking for?

Essential Skills/Experience: Experience in charity administration, knowledge of rules governing charitable companies, organizational skills, self-motivation, writing skills, minute-taking.

Desirable Skills/Experience: Trustee or Committee Secretary experience, familiarity with Google Suite and productivity tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, Asana), experience in women’s health, NHS, or healthcare/medical institutions.

What will you be doing?

This role suits someone with administrative or PA experience, proactive and organized, ensuring effective governance and communication within the charity. It is voluntary and unpaid, remote within the UK, with a minimum commitment of 6 months, 12-15 hours per month. Travel and other expenses are reimbursed according to policy.
