Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking Medical Rostering Co-ordinators to join our centralised Medical Rostering Team. You will use Healthrota and Rotamap to ensure safe, compliant medical staffing and will liaise with medical staff and stakeholders.

The role focuses on day-to-day rota management, handling annual leave, study leave, and short-notice sickness coverage, requiring strong time management and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE level English and Maths or equivalent.
• A levels/NVQ 3 or equivalent experience in admin/secretarial capacity.
• IT skills qualification or demonstrable IT experience.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day rotas and ensure timeliness.
• Handle annual leave and study leave requests.
• Cover unsafe shifts and respond to on-the-day or short-term sickness.
