Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Medical Rostering Systems Lead to head the centralised Medical Rostering Team. You will manage medical workforce systems (Healthrota and Rotamap), drive implementations, and ensure compliant, KPI-driven schedules across the Trust.

The role requires strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for improving resident doctors' working lives within the NHS England 10 Point Plan framework. Collaboration and training are key.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical e-rostering for resident doctors.
• Proven ability to implement changes and improvements.
• Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of medical workforce systems across the Trust.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training.
• Ensure production of compliant work schedules within KPIs.
• Support rollout of NHS England 10 Point Plan.
