Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Medical Rostering Systems Lead to join the newly centralised Medical Rostering Team. You will manage medical workforce systems across the Trust, currently Healthrota and Rotamap, driving change and implementing NHS improvements while collaborating with stakeholders.
The role requires knowledge of medical e-rostering for resident doctors and other grades, with the ability to learn the technical aspects of the systems and deliver compliant work
