Job summary
Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized Medical Staffing Rostering and Data Administrator. You will support rostering, data management, and reporting to enable safe, compliant deployment of doctors across the Trust.
The role offers hybrid working with partly home-based shifts and opportunities to contribute to workforce improvements. You will manage complex information, produce insights, and work with clinical leaders and managers to develop safe rotas
Qualifications
- Numerate and literate with strong data handling ability.
- Ability to follow procedures and work to deadlines.
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy in admin tasks.
- Experience with data entry and basic reporting is desirable.
- Experience in healthcare or HR/medical staffing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support safe deployment of doctors via rostering and data management.
- Analyse workforce data and produce reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain accuracy of key workforce systems and calendars.
- Assist with annual leave management and rostering redesign.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and service development.
