Kensington Partnership is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our busy GP practice team in Bradford. You will deliver welcoming, professional front-desk support, handling face-to-face enquiries and supporting AI-assisted triage, with strong IT and organisational skills.

Experience with NHS, GP reception, or SystmOne is desirable, and flexibility to cover staff absences across practice sites is a plus.

You will join a supportive, forward-thinking team, delivering professional and compassionate patient services within a busy primary care environment.

With most incoming calls managed through our AI system, the role primarily involves handling face-to-face enquiries, supporting AI-assisted triage and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities include reviewing and processing patient requests, maintaining accurate records, directing enquiries to appropriate teams and escalating clinical concerns in accordance with practice procedures. Occasional telephone duties may also be required.

A courteous, confidential and patient-centred approach is essential at all times.

The successful candidate will provide efficient reception and administrative support, ensuring patients receive a welcoming and professional service. Previous NHS, GP reception or SystmOne experience is desirable, but full training will be provided. Flexibility to cover staff absences and work across practice sites where required is also desirable.
