Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for a refreshing change? Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical delivery of projects from pre‑construction through to handover
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and resource planning
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery
• Work closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations, and procurement
• Attend client meetings, design reviews, and site progress meetings
• Ensure all mechanical installations meet technical specifications and industry standards
• Drive health & safety compliance across all project activities
• Produce project reports, risk assessments, and handover documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within a main contractor or M&E contractor
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services (HVAC, public health, plant rooms, etc.)
• Confident managing multiple stakeholders and leading project teams
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and variations
• Organised, proactive, and able to work independentlyi>
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence
