CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Plumber for a manufacturing FM environment in Peterborough. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across a static site, with potential progression to a mechanical engineer.

The position offers a basic salary up to £35,000, overtime, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company pension, and strong career progression opportunities. Working hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00.

Competenze

• Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled.
• Good communication skills.
• Client facing.

Maintenance Plumber FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment Peterborough Up to £35,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Plumber based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, and progression to become a fully-fledged mechanical engineer.

Hours of work

• Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements

• Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
