CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing environment in Peterborough. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance on a static site, with a focus on mechanical plant, plumbing and building fabric. A strong facilities maintenance background is essential.

• Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant.
• Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers).
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings.
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning).
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing).
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc).
• General building fabric.
• Escort specialist sub contractors.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment – Peterborough – Up to £35,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Mechanical Engineer based in a manufacturing environment.He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance.In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
