CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Peterborough is recruiting a Multi-skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing environment on a static site.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant, pumps, air handling units, water treatment, and basic electrical tasks. The role offers a salary up to £35,000, overtime, training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled and client-facing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant.
• Plumbing work (unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc).
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings.
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning).
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing).
• Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc).
• General building fabric.
• Escort specialist sub contractors.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment Peterborough Up to £35,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Mechanical Engineer based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
