Qualifications

  • Two years' experience in plumbing or equivalent.
  • Familiar with Water Supply Regulations and Control of Legionella L8.
  • Experience with commercial or industrial heating and water systems.
  • Good health and safety knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support operation of the site’s mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance with safety focus.
  • Contribute to improvements in water and heating systems.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulatory requirements.
  • Support rehabilitation and positive outcomes for those in the facility.
