What you'll do

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
• Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective solutions
• Support continuous improvement projects to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure all machinery operates safely and reliably

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• A hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND, NVQ, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering)
