We are hiring Mechanical and Electrical Engineers across multiple seniority levels to join our expanding multidisciplinary Building Services teams in Manchester. These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Science & Research, Mission Critical & Data Centres.

Whether you are an Engineer, Senior, Principal, or Associate, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality MEP designs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, and support the development of our technical capability.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Level)

• Deliver mechanical or electrical engineering design across a wide range of building projects
• Produce calculations, drawings, technical reports, design packages and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, mechanical / electrical teams and other specialists
• Attend internal / external design meetings; represent discipline professionally
• Support compliance checks, QA processes and design reviews
• Lead portions of projects (Senior level and above)
• Manage project delivery, client relationships and multidisciplinary coordination (Principal / Associate)
• Oversee technical quality, budgeting, risk management and programme reporting (Senior–Associate)
• Mentor junior engineers and support team capability (Senior–Associate)

What You Bring

• Experience in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Engineering
• Strong understanding of HVAC or electrical systems (lighting, power, containment, life safety, etc.)
• Proven experience delivering complex building services projects (all levels)
• Familiarity with UK standards, regulations and design guidance
• Experience using industry tools : Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux, Electrical OM
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, architects and contractors
• Ability to manage workloads and deliver high-quality outputs
• For Senior / Principal / Associate roles :
• Leadership experience in design delivery
• Client-facing capability and commercial awareness
• Track record of overseeing engineers and supporting work winning
• Consultancy experience with multidisciplinary teams
