Job summary

MPA Recruitment is seeking a Materials Services Officer for Craigavon Area Hospital on a temp full-time basis. The role focuses on logistics support, stock control, and procurement system administration within SHSCT.

A background in admin, IT systems, and MS Office is required, with a UK driving licence recommended. The post involves managing EMM stock, processing requisitions, and providing end-user guidance on procurement platforms, on a rota basis with early/late shifts and a March 2027 end

Qualifications

• 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ relevant admin experience
• OR 2 years’ relevant admin experience with IT system experience in Finance / Procurement or Logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and hold a UK driving licence with car access

Responsibilities

• Weekly management, administration and stock control of Trust locations in EMM system
• Operate EMM scanning equipment, analyse inventory usage and generate stock reports
• Provide guidance on FPL eProcurement and replacement Equip systems to end users
• Input daily requirements to FPL / replacement Equip / Micad Systems and process requisitions
• Receive and process stock requisitions from SHSCT / GP / Private customers
• Liaise with ward/department managers and PaLS team to ensure efficient service
• Assist with monthly/yearly stocktaking and maintain departmental records
