Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Stock Management Officer to join our Materials Management team. This permanent role supports stock control, reporting, and standardisation initiatives to improve the NHS supply chain.

Based at Basingstoke with duties across Winchester, the role requires experience in stock management, invoicing, and customer care, ensuring accuracy and reliable delivery for clinical services.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 in Materials Management or equivalent.
• Basic level experience of Windows Word and Excel.
• Good Standard of Education including Mathematics and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock profiles including non-stock items.
• Produce and analyse reports to guide user departments to Trust initiatives.
