A leading automotive dealership in Manchester is seeking an experienced Master Technician. This role offers a basic salary of £44,600 with on-target earnings of £48,800, including a guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months. As a Master Technician, you will handle complex diagnostics and repair work, while guiding fellow technicians. Key Responsibilities for the Master Technician :

• Carrying out complex diagnostics and repair work to manufacturer standards
• Supporting and guiding fellow technicians with technical challenges
• Ensuring all work meets DVSA and health & safety regulations
• Delivering a high standard of workmanship consistently
• Liaising with the service team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Responsibilities for the Master Technician :

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance (IMI, NVQ or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Master Technician role or similar senior-level position
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across a wide range of systems
• A full UK driving licence
• A methodical approach and strong attention to detail
