Job summary

A family-owned main dealer in Crawley is seeking a Master Technician to manage technical duties and mentor team members. The position offers a basic salary of £43,000 with a potential OTE of £60,000. Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, experience in diagnostics, and preferably Master Tech qualifications. The role includes a supportive work environment with good benefits including a pension and holiday pay.
