Hawk Hiring LTD in Leicester seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to joining our expanding technical crew. You will be responsible for deep-level diagnostic fault isolation, heavy mechanical overhauls, pre-MOT safety evaluations, and routine manufacturer-level servicing across a wide variety of customer vehicles.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 or time-served background, strong diagnostic problem-solving skills, and a full UK driving licence with your own

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic problem-solving capabilities.
• Valid DVSA MOT Tester licence is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Perform deep-level diagnostic fault isolation across a range of vehicle brands.
• Carry out heavy mechanical overhauls and routine servicing.
• Conduct pre-MOT safety evaluations and manufacturer-level servicing as required.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + workshop efficiency bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to join our expanding technical crew. You will be responsible for executing deep-level diagnostic fault isolation, heavy mechanical overhauls, pre-MOT safety evaluations, and routine manufacturer-level servicing across a wide variety of customer vehicles.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background).
• Experienced mechanic with strong diagnostic problem-solving capabilities and heavy mechanical repair skills.
• Valid DVSA MOT Tester licence is advantageous (offering higher starting pay potential), but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
