Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD within the Warwick area is seeking a practical Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic to join our close-knit technical team. You will be responsible for heavy mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, pre-MOT safety evaluations, and multi-brand diagnostic fault isolation across a varied customer vehicle mix.

This role offers a base salary of £30,000–£40,000 per year (DOE), no weekend work, and benefits including a pension, workwear, and generous holiday leave.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong hands-on experience with heavy mechanical repairs and diagnostics.
• Bonus: DVSA MOT Tester Smart Card.
• Full UK driving licence and ownership of personal hand tools.

• Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (DOE) + MOT tester pay premium + team performance bonus


• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 17:30) | No Saturdays or Sundays required
