Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking a Marketplace Trading & Growth Manager to own performance across key digital marketplace partners from London. The role blends trading strategy, campaign execution and content optimisation to maximise sales, visibility and conversion.

You will drive growth with hands-on execution, working with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial objectives. Hybrid working in London is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketplace trading within retail/consumer brand environments.
• Hands-on experience with Zalando Partner Program is essential.
• Experience with marketplace media platforms, including ZMS and AMS.
• Strong analytical, commercial acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with collaborative mindset across teams.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketplace Trading & Growth Manager to join a leading international retail brand, taking ownership of marketplace performance across key digital partners.

This is a commercially focused, hands‑on role for someone who knows how to drive growth across marketplaces, combining trading strategy, campaign execution and content optimisation to maximise sales, visibility and conversion.

The role will involve:

• Driving sales and commercial performance across key marketplace partners.
• Optimising product listings and content to enhance visibility, customer engagement and conversion.
• Planning and executing seasonal campaigns and trading activity.
• Analysing performance data to identify opportunities, improve results and drive growth.
• Working cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial objectives.
• Maximising the impact of marketplace media to support brand visibility and sales.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years' experience in marketplace trading, ideally within a retail or consumer brand environment.
• Hands-on experience with the Zalando Partner Program is essential.
• A proven track record of driving marketplace sales and improving commercial performance.
• Experience with marketplace media platforms, including ZMS and AMS.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
