Job summary

The Dune Group is seeking a marketplace trading specialist to own performance across digital partners, delivering growth in visibility, conversions and sales. You will harness commercial levers, listing optimisation and campaign execution to drive results across channels.

You have hands‑on experience in marketplace trading—particularly with Zalando Partner Program—plus strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketplace trading with hands-on Zalando Partner Program experience.
• Strong understanding of visibility, conversion and profitability drivers.
• Familiarity with marketplace tools and platforms.
• Proven track record of improving performance through trading and content optimisation.
• Exposure to marketplace media (ZMS, AMS).

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital partner performance against sales and profit plans and identify opportunities.
• Balance top-line growth with margin and costs during campaigns and seasonal activity.
• Use partner dashboards to understand drivers and focus effort.
• Ensure listings are compliant and optimised for campaigns and seasons.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Operations and Buying to align ranges and priorities.
• Maintain high listing quality across all partners and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with Marketing to reflect brand messaging while delivering commercial results.
• Support forecasting with channel insights for planning.
• Drive improvements in listing quality and performance.
