About the job

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to build global marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaign Operations, this role will be the operational backbone of our campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms with precision
• Leverage project management software to track and document campaign requests
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
• Assist internal teams with campaign-related questions and issues in real time
• Provide campaign analysis and recommendations for optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years in campaign operations, marketing operations, or project management
• Experience building campaign assets from inception to completion (emails, landing pages, webinars, etc.)
• Strong skills in marketing automation (preferably Marketo)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Airtable, Asana)

Location

This role is remote and based in the United Kingdom.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings or project needs.
