We are looking for a motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Ingredients + Specialties (I+S) team!

You will be an integral part of a fast-paced and sophisticated team, responsible for executing integrated thought leadership and brand-building programs that combine traditional and digital marketing across diverse industries, working alongside a team of global colleagues. Building strong relationships, demonstrating exemplary writing skills, and showing resourcefulness and agility are essential.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns across I+S industries and support key initiatives.
• Coordinate with centralized marketing teams to manage social media channels, content, digital journey, and strategy alignment.
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows, virtual/in-person events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Provide communications and branding support for trade shows and marketing activities, working with business contacts and marketing managers.
• Manage logistics for advertising buys and paid promotions across global online and offline channels.
• Advise on best practices and ensure strategic alignment of marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Develop creative lead generation, brand building, and innovative products/services.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-channel campaigns, especially in B2B and technical environments.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong multi-media writing skills.
• Experience understanding customer journeys and optimizing marketing activities accordingly.
• Ability to work across industries and functions, fostering a team environment.
• Resourcefulness in understanding audience consumption and engagement.
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
• Proven project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills in large organizations.
• Ability to lead and influence without authority, demonstrating ROI-driven results.

Work Location

This is a Hybrid role—two days in the office and three days remote. Office location: Bradford, UK.
