Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior GTM Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, enhancing operational efficiency across the sales, partner, and customer success functions, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes, alignment between teams, and maximized operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, sales processes, and data analysis, with a passion for optimizing GTM workflows and improving operational efficiencies. Support the execution of the GTM strategy by optimizing key processes across sales, partner, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
Collaborate with sales leadership to implement and improve sales processes, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization. Provide actionable insights to leadership teams to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Help maintain accurate sales forecasts, track sales performance against KPIs, and create comprehensive reports that provide insights into sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage renewal quoting and communication for all partner renewals, including creation and maintenance of partner quotes within the designated region through the closed status.
Identify areas for automation in partner renewals: explore opportunities to automate internal processes and partner-facing self-service tools for improved efficiency.
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on GTM strategy, campaign execution, and account targeting.
Ensure data integrity and manage systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, financial reporting) to maintain accurate data flow and reduce process friction.
Track and report key revenue metrics such as pipeline velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, churn rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Develop and maintain dashboards in Salesforce to monitor GTM initiatives and support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with leadership to define and monitor KPIs across sales and GTM teams to measure success and identify areas for growth.
Optimize the use of sales tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator) to improve workflows and performance tracking.
Support system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau) to ensure seamless data flow and system alignment.
Document key GTM operations processes and best practices to promote consistency and scalability.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks across teams.
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve commercial operations and revenue growth.
Communicate progress, provide recommendations, and share insights with senior leadership to ensure organizational alignment.
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B organization.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Understanding of revenue and sales metrics, and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
Technical familiarity with data integration, APIs, and automation tools.
Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Effective communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
Salesforce Certification or equivalent CRM certification.
Experience with tools like Marketo, ChurnZero, and sales efficiency tools.
Process improvement certifications or experience.
