Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior GTM Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Commercial Organization. In this role, you will support and optimize our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, enhance operational efficiency across sales, partner, and customer success functions, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process execution, alignment, and performance maximization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue operations, sales processes, and data analysis, with a passion for optimizing workflows and operational efficiencies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GTM Operations & Strategy: Support execution of GTM strategy by optimizing processes across sales, partner, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to improve sales processes, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership for strategy adjustments.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track KPIs, and create reports to assess sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Partner Renewal Process & Automation: Manage renewal quoting and communication for partner renewals, and identify automation opportunities for internal and partner-facing processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on GTM initiatives and data integrity.
  • Revenue Metrics & Performance Tracking: Track key revenue metrics, develop dashboards, and define KPIs to measure success and inform decisions.
  • System & Tools Management: Optimize CRM and GTM tools, support system integrations, and improve workflows.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Document processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Other Responsibilities: Support ad-hoc projects, communicate progress to leadership, and contribute to overall operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a B2B environment.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Deep understanding of revenue and sales metrics.
  • Technical familiarity with data integration and automation tools.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and pay attention to detail.
Desired Skills:
  • Salesforce Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with tools like Marketo, ChurnZero, and sales efficiency platforms.
  • Process improvement certifications or experience.
