We are seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Ingredients + Specialties (I+S) team. You will be a key member of a dynamic team, responsible for executing integrated thought leadership and brand-building programs that combine traditional and digital marketing across various industries. You should have strong relationship-building skills, excellent writing abilities, and be resourceful and agile.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns supporting I+S industries and key initiatives.
• Work with centralized marketing teams to manage social media channels, content, digital journeys, and strategy alignment.
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows, virtual/in-person events, and experiential marketing activities.
• Coordinate branding and communication efforts for trade shows and marketing events.
• Manage logistics for advertising and paid promotions across global channels.
• Advise on best practices and strategic alignment of marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Develop creative lead generation strategies, brand initiatives, and innovative products/services.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-channel campaign development, especially in B2B and technical sectors.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong multi-media writing skills.
• Experience understanding customer journeys and optimizing marketing activities accordingly.
• Ability to work across industries and functions, fostering teamwork.
• Resourcefulness in understanding audience preferences and content creation.
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning.
• Proven project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and lead without authority, demonstrating ROI-focused results.

Work Environment

This is a Hybrid role—two days in the office and three days remote. Location: Bradford, UK.
