Role Overview

As the Deal Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Deal Operations Manager and AECO to manage Enterprise/Major Accounts Agreements throughout the Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreement lifecycle. You will coordinate across the organization to establish best practices for Major Accounts Agreement processes, partnering with Sales Managers and regional leaders to support enterprise contracts. This role provides an opportunity to be a key stakeholder in the Trimble Connect and Scale strategy, building a cross-functional network within Trimble and developing expertise in complex Enterprise Agreement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quote-to-Cash process by interfacing with sales, operations, engineering, legal, finance, and order management to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Ensure adherence to Trimble’s operating procedures and corporate policies while handling quotes and deals efficiently, maintaining a professional customer experience.
  • Build and manage Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreements as a trusted advisor to sales managers.
  • Oversee multiple activities from agreement initiation to renewal, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare amendments, facilitate deal reviews, process orders, and coordinate invoicing.
  • Communicate key information across teams regarding ongoing and completed agreements.
  • Champion the Connect and Scale strategy by promoting change management and system adoption.
  • Monitor and manage key account data, assist with invoicing, and handle escalations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in a sales operations, sales, sales enablement, or order administration role.
  • Experience with order processing or customer deals in a technology/hardware/software environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as technical, finance, business, or marketing.
  • Strong strategic understanding with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in new systems and processes.
  • Organized, self-directed, and excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
