Overview

Are you a dynamic marketing professional eager to drive impactful brand experiences across consumer touchpoints?

We're seeking a pivotal team member to lead the seamless execution of our omnichannel marketing plans, ensuring our brand vision comes to life consistently and effectively across retail, digital, social, and media channels. You will translate strategic insights into actionable campaigns, collaborate with diverse teams, and leverage data to continuously optimise performance and achieve ambitious commercial and consumer goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Annual planning: Taking brand health, consumer, category and commercial insights and translating them into a clear, strategic annual plan to execute and activate delivering sustainable brand growth.
  • Campaign planning: Identify growth opportunities & generate briefs grounded in insight. Create a 360° channel mix aligned to one objective (NPD initiative or growth opportunity) to result in a cohesive activation plan, manage budgets, and provide continuous improvement feedback.
  • Media activation: Lead the activation of media plans, working with our media agency to build effective strategies, channel selection, content requirements that drive short‑term ROI/ROAS & long‑term brand equity.
  • Social media: Strong understanding of social media platforms, content best practices and analytical tools. Lead strategy of organic and paid social, build relationships with platforms, test & learn.
  • Retail activation: Build effective relationships with critical retail partners. Develop collaborative plans to secure exceptional brand presence within retail marketing and media channels.
  • Cross‑team collaboration: Lead & effectively influence creative teams, agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Measurement & evaluation: Set stretching KPIs, monitor & evaluate performance and provide feedback to enable timely optimisations to further drive growth.
  • Budget management: Manage significant activation budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
What you’ll need to have
  • Exceptional leader: Experienced in leadership of direct reports & an effective stakeholder manager in a matrix organisation. A strong communicator and reliable team player, eager to contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Strategy to execution: Experienced in leading end‑to‑end, strategy to execution of multi‑channel campaign delivery, especially media & social with attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial: Brings their own vision and ideas and thrives from testing and learning.
  • Budget and resource management: Able to manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
