Our multidisciplinary team of physicians, scientists, and commercial professionals offers flexible, bespoke solutions to maximise product value and support clients globally.

The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of tranScrip’s marketing activity across digital, content, and campaign channels. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

The Marketing Executive will manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, content creation and distribution, performance tracking, and marketing administration, ensuring all activity is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives. This is a hands‑on role suited to a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Promotional & Digital Marketing
  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across digital and promotional channels
  • Assist with the creation, coordination, and distribution of marketing campaigns, content, and materials
  • Manage and maintain the company website and social media channels, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Support the delivery of webinars, podcasts and other associated digital and direct marketing campaigns
  • Assist with campaign, website, and social media performance tracking and reporting
Congresses and Events
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of congresses and events
  • Produce and deliver targeted outreach to congress and event leads
  • Support congress and event registration, logistics, and post‑event follow‑up
  • Assist with budget tracking and management as required
Direct Marketing
  • Develop a strong understanding of tranScrip’s services, capabilities, and value proposition
  • Capture, track, and maintain Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) within the CRM system
  • Produce, maintain, and present direct marketing reports and trackers
General
  • Support commercial function to champion tranScrip’s brand identity, ensuring consistency of voice, visuals, and values across all communications.
  • Support creation of high‑impact content, including thought leadership articles, social media, newsletters, and case studies.
  • Enhance market visibility through supporting strategic partnerships, sponsorships, events, and speaking opportunities.
  • Support creation of marketing budget, and monitoring Return on Investment.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and service providers, ensuring alignment with tranScrip’s marketing objectives and high‑quality delivery.
  • Support evaluation and selection of external partners to support creative, digital, media, and event delivery needs, ensuring maximum value and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably healthcare, life sciences, or a similar industry

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital and promotional channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing marketing content and outreach materials
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience supporting events, webinars, congresses, or conferences
  • Basic understanding of the sales funnel, including MQL and SQL stages
  • Experience working with social media management and email marketing platforms
Technical Competencies
  • Experience in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).
  • Experience using CRM systems to capture, track, and report on leads and customer activity
  • Experienced of content strategy, digital marketing, and brand management.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and CRM/CMS platforms (Salesforce, WordPress).
  • Experience managing multichannel marketing including social media, thought leadership, events, and email campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience working with external agencies and providers to deliver strategic and creative outputs.
Location
  • The Marketing Executive will be office based for 3 days per week at the company’s Wokingham office, with the remaining days worked from home.
