Face‑to‑face Fundraising Executive / Senior Face‑to‑face Fundraising Executive

Location and Working Arrangements

Flexible across the UK, hybrid working between home and our London Head Office.

Salary and Contract

£30,700 (Executive); £32,300 (Senior Executive) (plus Inner London Weighting, £3,344, if applicable) per annum based on 35 hours per week. 18‑month fixed‑term contract (FTC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate compliant, insight‑led, face‑to‑face fundraising campaigns to enable us to deliver our acquisition strategy.
  • Deliver campaigns to schedule, to budget and to a high standard, inspiring people to give regularly to us and driving income growth.
  • Work collaboratively across directorates and liaise with external agencies/suppliers on fundraiser engagement and new initiatives.
  • Monitor, communicate and document key performance indicators to track performance and keep key stakeholders updated.
  • Provide commentary to accompany results reporting, drawing on insights and the wider picture to add context.
  • Make recommendations from analysis; maximising net income and improving engagement.
  • Provide assistance and coordination to help deliver effective emergency fundraising when required.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Some face‑to‑face fundraising experience and looking to take the next step in your career.
  • Experience of creating and managing a range of projects or campaigns, including face‑to‑face channels.
  • A passion for creating a brilliant supporter experience.
  • Confidence to build collaborative relationships and use negotiation skills.
  • Organisational skills; ability to hit deadlines.
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
  • A pro‑active mindset and positive approach.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Ability to travel to different parts of the UK as needed.
