Location: Canterbury or Ashford

Hours: Full time

£35k per annum

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with a couple of years’ experience to manage day-to-day marketing activity across the business. This is a hands‑on role covering social media, website updates, CRM management and lead generation, compliance collateral with a strong emphasis on organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Social Media & Content
    • Plan, create and schedule content across all channels
    • Maintain a consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
    • Monitor engagement and adjust content based on performance
  • Website Management
    • Manage routine website updates
    • Ensure information is accurate and up to date
    • Liaise with external stakeholders when required to support
    • Squarespace Knowledge desired but not essential
  • CRM & Lead Generation
    • Manage and maintain CRM data
    • Support email campaigns and outbound communications
    • Track inbound enquiries and support lead follow up processes
  • Operations & Reporting
    • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers
    • Produce basic performance reports for all efforts
    • Support sales, compliance, and operations teams with marketing collateral
About You
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Confident managing social media channels independently
  • Comfortable updating websites using Squarespace
  • Organised, detail focused and reliable
  • Clear written communication skills
Desirable
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools
  • Design skills using Canva
  • Understanding of lead generation and B2B marketing
