$85,000 – $110,000/yr
Monitor and improve inbox placement, sender reputation, and authentication protocols.
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other regulations.
Execute and optimize high-volume campaigns across leading ESPs.
Run A/B tests to maximize engagement and conversions.
Lead list acquisition, segmentation, and hygiene strategies.
Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot technical issues with rendering, DNS, and domain setup.
5-8+ years of similar experience.
Hands-on experience with major ESPs/CRMs (SendGrid, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).
Proficiency with deliverability monitoring tools (Postmark, 250ok, Inbox Monster, or similar).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and basic SQL or query building.
Experience improving inbox placement and engagement metrics.
Ability to clearly communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences.
