Job summary

Booker Group plc is seeking an experienced Insight Partner to lead market, customer and competitive analytics. You’ll shape data-driven decisions by combining internal data with external intelligence and build dashboards that power commercial strategy.

You will communicate insights across Sales, Operations, Marketing and Leadership, and help evolve tools, processes and ways of working in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an insight or analytics role, delivering insight projects from start to finish.
• Curious mindset with interest in market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Ability to work with large datasets and turn data into a clear story.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of insight projects from brief to analysis and action planning.
• Support development and governance of insight tools, data sources, and reporting systems.
• Analyze market, sales, loyalty and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to spot threats and opportunities.
• Use customer and market segmentations to support decision making and strategy.
• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
• Assemble internal and external data to create clear, actionable insight.
• Support strategic planning with segmentation, market sizing and benchmarking.
• Present insight clearly to Sales, Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Leadership.
• Shape future of the Insight function, including tools and processes.
