Booker serves a diverse range of customers, from independent retailers and forecourts to cafés, takeaways, pubs, restaurants and multi-site operators. That gives us a huge amount of customer data, feedback and research to work with, and plenty of opportunities to uncover what our customers need, where we can improve and where there’s an opportunity to do things differently.

You’ll take ownership of a varied mix of insight projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a research, insight or customer experience role delivering projects end‑to‑end.
• Curious mindset with ability to understand customer behaviour, needs and experiences.
• Strong in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong data literacy and ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• Ability to synthesize data to create a clear story for stakeholders.
• Proven track record turning insight into decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Design, deliver and analyse qualitative and quantitative research to answer business questions.
• Own insight projects from brief through analysis, recommendations and action planning.
• Support customer experience measurement by identifying pain points and opportunities.
• Monitor customer feedback for emerging themes and trends.
• Combine data sources to create clear, actionable insight and recommendations.
• Present insight in a clear, engaging way to Sales, Operations, Marketing and Leadership.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to embed customer understanding.
• Collaborate with external research partners to deliver high‑quality insights.
• Champion the customer perspective to shape business priorities.
